i asked this question in another thread but no one bothered answering so i thought id put it in it's own. does anybody know if there will be a full screen mode in opensnes9x? imo that would make it a lot better. (already an amazing emu though. thanks opensnes9x team)

on mine too... not full 320x240 on the left and right side are black borders

people don't reply to you because you are a gimp with an annoying avatar and signature!

and also it is christmas if you hadn't noticed, so the people who could give you an answer on this are probably busy at this present moment in time, that or they also think you are a gimp!

the display is near enough fullscreen, and the coloured borders do help

but it is a good suggestion that i am sure the opensnes9x team have already thought of, but for the moment i think optimizing the sound some more, and getting the new ASM core in are a bigger prioritity

if you dont like looking at my avatar and sig then turn them off. no one is asking you to look at it you fucking homo. and the fact that it is christmas doesn't stop noobs asking questions and receiving answers from the "regulars" so shut the fuck up and dont be such a spaz.

its cause real snes runs in 256x239 resolution and GP32 screen is 320x240, would need a stretch mode adding, hence borders round screen

You are dumb, his sig is fucking awesome. If you can't respect one of the greatest movies of all time, then you are a fucking dumbass.

Actually its 256x224 but the system could go up to 512x448, which was used rarely, as far as I know.
Still, it leaves some space on the sides and also a bit on the top and bottom of the lcd. Stretching is fine when you can double the pixels, otherwise causes glitches when scrolling the screen. I guess there are ways to make "intelligent" stretching but that would consume much cpu power needed for the emulation itself.
I would like to see the stretching feature there anyway :)

if i thought it sounded like a joke then i wouldn't have said anything, but the fact is, it was a simple question which required a simple answer, so think next time before talking shit prick.

The scaling will slow down the emulation A LOT AND looks pretty ugly...
So I guess, it's not on his "important things to do"-list...
