Here is a package with File Roller, an archive manager.

Xarchiver is a bit outdated I think, so I compiled and packaged File Roller.

You can create, modify and unpack archives. This program supports tar, tar.bz2, tar.gz, zip, 7zip, rar, ace and some more archivetypes. Also it supports drag and drop fileoperations.

It is version 2.30, as more recent version need a newer glibc.

Get it on the repo:

How do I associate Fileroller to my 7zip files (XFCE)? I've tried a few commands that accomplish nothing so far.

Something like PND_utils can often be useful.

I usually use pnd_run.sh in a form similar to the following:

Code:
/usr/pandora/scripts/pnd_run.sh -p "/insert/path/to/pnd/file.pnd" -e "path/from/base/of/pnd/to/startscript.sh" -b "pndfoldername" -s "/mnt/utmp/pndmountfolder" --

EDIT:

For File Roller, just put in the correct path to your pnd file to the command below, and I think the rest should work okay:

Code:
/usr/pandora/scripts/pnd_run.sh -p "/insert/path/to/pnd/file.pnd" -e "scripts/file-roller.sh" -b "fileroller" -s "/mnt/utmp/fileroller" --

Hey thanks, appreciate it. I'll give it a shot later this evening. I just found the "Make and run simple PND" page on the wiki that explains everything you've done there so I'll definitely get it working.
