Hi! I'm feeling that someone needs to document the GP2X in the light of the community that made it great! Does anyone have a link to an archive or just img site with the GP2X forums website? I even used to be the #2 contributor there. :) Ive had mine since 2006, it was a daily carry til 2013 when I hacked my first Android tablet and saw all the GP2X developers here and there already, or ports of their work anyway.

I have a small collection of technical documents on gp2x.dev, the GP2X wiki is still available read-only at wiki.gp2x.org and ED's file archives still exist. I have my own mirror of the wiki, and a collection of software which is slightly more complete than the archives but I haven't made it publicly available as I don't want to pay for the traffic if lots of people start downloading it (at some point I'll get around to setting up a torrent). Of course the GP32x threads are all still here too, although all the links to them are broken.

Wiki dump: https://archive.org/details/wiki.gp2x.org
GP2X software: https://archive.org/details/gp2x_full_17022023
GP32 software: https://archive.org/details/gp32_full

The software archives started out as dumps of the Archives and include metadata. I've done a bit of curation as the archives don't just have files, but also external links to where you could download the software. Of course, most of these links are now dead so I've done my best to track them down. Some are missing the files because I know the software existed but can find no copy of it. I've also collected some bits which have appeared on here but never in the archives.

Will try and put Wiz/Caanoo up sometime too.
