Just standard ISP here also.

Either they have an over active firewall installed on their server that has started to block IP address ranges it shouldn't be or they have another server configuration issue that is causing some visitors not being able to access their site. I can't remember how long it has been going on but 2/3 weeks at least for me at least.

If the IP address I have posted is correct everything is ok at my end so it is a fault either with their server or getting to their server.

Works fine here.

To find out where the actual problem lies, do a tracepath/route to their network. If you get all the way to 85.25.x.x, then it's them blocking your IP. If you don't make it that far, it's probably your ISP blocking them.

(Note, you won't get responses beyond this hop, because their server is configured to ignore ICMP timeouts)

"Request Timed Out" messages on hops 2/3 and 5 (assuming not set for ICMP or whatever) and then basically what you have output until hop 16 for me gets to the desired server.

It could also just be a bad route within their network back to you. I've seen ISP's get blackholed by accident like this before. You could try to contact one of intergenia's network guys to see if they can investigate.

Hi guys

Yeah we had trouble with people being blocked from the site for a while. Finally figured out that 94. and 173. Ips were blocked by our server because at the time they were not being used by providers (unused ip ranges where blocked for security) . But its seems that at least to providers are now using them (02 and mediacom ). Anyway it should be fixed now. ;)
