You'll be very lucky to find a power supply that actually states (and delivers) exactly 3.3V - most power supplies are simply not accurate enough.
Eg. I spent £20 on my power supply which has always powered my GP32 (and various other stuff) perfectly. It also powers my 2X with no problems. However, without load, it delivers 3.77V as default, and 3.2V under load. Now, that only has a switch for 3V, 4.5V, 9V & 12V.
A 3.3V is likely to be very similar - the only accurate 3.3V power supply I have cost £80, and takes up a large proportion of the desk (about the size of a miniature desktop PC).
