Hi for the PC Engine I have

Magic Chase
Parodius

My 5yo daughter loves the graphics but find the game play a bit too hard
is there any easier games that she can play that have cutsie graphics?

Or even If I play them while she watches the game it would be good to have some alternatives.

(I have some megadrive stuff but I'm getting annoyed by Barney and McDonald games)

thanks...

Tarka

The 'Bonk' series of games have cute graphics (especially when his head size increases) - Not very easy gameplay, so one for you to play!

probably bonk, but you're best getting the genesis emulator and then get sonic or mickey mouse for it. :D

Thanks both of you

I will get Bonk and have a look at Mickey Mouse on the DrMD, I'd forgotten about Mickey Mouse.. I suppose thats getting old for you.

anyone else have a suggestion?

I know its not PC Engine but on MAME Penguin Kun Wars is a very 'cute' game with penguins throwing things at each other.

Excellent game also

2 not for the kids or then again.............................

kato & ken aka chan & chan aka jj & jeff (not sure if the this version is sensored though?)

toilet kids

great games even if they do cause a bit of a stink!

If you're into shooters, I believe a couple of the Parodius games are on PCE. Parodius is a bit like gradius. It's worth a try.

it's all in the name, parodius is a parody of gradius and the pc engine version along with detana twin bee are both excellent conversions with only the sound being slightly lacking over the arcade/super famicom and x68000 versions.
