I'm not entirely sure how to create .pce for the PC-Engine emulator. I have created an ISO from the original CD using MagicISO but don't know where to go from there. I read that the ISO can be used by itself, but again am not entirely sure how to do this either.

I'm not 100% sure but I don't think you can convert cd images to rom dumps. gp2xengine does support isos but it looks like a tricky process to get it working. Have a look at the readme and see if you can figure it out.

You can rip the CDrom into files (bin and wav) , then the second file produced is a .bin that will run with Vobbos emulator. You need "Turborip" to do this. The game will play but with no music other than PSG sound effects.

CDROMS can not be turned into .rom images.

I have converted many of my original PCE Cds this way to work with Vobbos emulator and they all work..

Hope this helps...

Google for TurboRip and read the readme !!
