Craig, you might want to stop using the name "App Store"

They should spend it on fixing the horrible design flaw in their otherwise rather good magnetic power adapters. (I do think they make some good stuff, I will say, but they should spend money on fixing problems so that they're selling better products, instead of on silly trademark disputes!)

Am i going to come off as a cynical Apple hater if i suggest that they make the bulk of their money off of early adoption of gimmicky toys rather than truly innovative products? I am constantly astounded about the moth-to-a-flame effect that happens every year, and then six months later when the improved flagship products comes out.

^ I honestly can't comment. I just have one of their laptops and wish they'd fix the power adapter design flaw. I'm lucky enough not to have encountered it, but I have relatives who are on their third replacement for that.

^ They don't pop out, though, that's the thing - I find that they work really well. The issue is that the cable splits around the connector, which is pretty damn stupid, especially since two revisions have failed to fix it.

My Iphone 3gs cable has electrical tape around one end of it, and it looks like I'll be taping up the other one now too. In contrast; the cable for my new HD7 is incredibly sturdy.

What really beefs my onions is the horrible, cheap headphones that all of the mobile manufacturers are guilty of shipping with their handsets. I'm especially surprised with apple as they should be bundling in-ear phones with their ipods and iphones, it's the only way to fly.

Not having a problem with the new one I bought, which has a metal end.

On both previous MacBooks, though, the cable has ultimately pulled out of the stupid magnetic endy bit. They suck.

But these things are so ugly and un-ergonomic and does not fit Apple's sleek minimalistic style! Steve Jobs simply can't let these monstrocities be put on their power adapters!
