Look, the thing is England didn't play THAT badly. They have played two teams that had no ambition to score, and just wanted to camp in the defence. Like Brazil, we struggled because we had no roome etc. We have a few things to work out, most importantly the relatoinship between Gerrard and Lampard. But we will work them out. Our squad is really incredible, we have great players.
When we play the better teams, those teams that want to score against us, and not just stop us, and when we can use the powerful midfield we have in a proper organised way (ie let Gerrard get up and have a bit of freedom and peg Lampard back!!!) then we could prosper. At the moment I would fancy our chances more against Germany than Equador. But I really don't want to play Germany until as late as possible, because if we won (which I believe we probably could) then the excitement would go from the country. If we lost, then it would be gell for me here!
I want to play Germany in the last rounds, with all my sausage guzzling chums!
