I fairly recently came to learn about the Clear internet service, and the fact that they have satellite internet with speeds from 1Mbps to 6Mbps. I figured something like this would be massively awesome to have on the Pandora (700KB/s download speeds wherever you go in the 4G network region? Yes please), though from what I've heard from a friend who has it, they give you a dongle that installs a service which allows their 4G modem to work. Does anyone here use Clear, or could clarify if that software (or support for the modem) could be possible on the Pandora?

Their site is here, if any of you want to take a gander: http://www.clear.com/

Worst comes to worst, I'll try it for myself and take the chance that it won't work, but that's not such a huge loss.

Why don't you call them/ look online to see if it works with Linux, vs. just ordering it and trying it?

Call or send em a email, but on the site it seams Linux isn't supported in any flavor, much less a ARM build. So, best guesses are "no dice".
B!
