AND, another type being prototyped that will replace the back cover, offer modular battery packs, and have options like included keyboard/trackball.Mr.Bungle posted on Jul 11 2006 at 02:02 PM said:thanks, also i was wondering is it possible to use one of these along with a few usb game controllers to have like up to four multiplayer fun?Paradox posted on Jul 11 2006 at 08:29 PM said:there are 2 in the works which will have a case, 1 official docking type one and a smaller portable one from some third party
Yeah, thus the official one is crap for your purpose too.Magnulus posted on Jul 11 2006 at 03:58 PM said:All I want in a BOB is a stand on which I can place my GP2X and TO which I can connect several controllers and the cables that go to my TV. I don't mind extra power sources at all, and I guess you could even use the stand to charge your batteries while you play if that was supported at some point.

I forget the name of the thread, but it is just a guy building it, do a search for BoB and you should find it (use google to search this site) adding the words USB or D-Cell (I think I wrote that in one post there)Epicenter posted on Jul 11 2006 at 07:43 PM said:nubie posted on Jul 11 2006 at 05:31 PM said:AND, another type being prototyped that will replace the back cover, offer modular battery packs, and have options like included keyboard/trackball.
Well, that sounds like the best design anyone could hope for. Who is engineering this one? Is it going to be given to GPH as plans to manufacture or sold independently (if at all?)
