Hi

I've got a GP32 NLU, a 1st ed GP2x and have just bought -while I had the chance - a BLU+ GP32. Yes, I'm a sucker for the GP32.

However, I just can't get scrameta's wonderful Atari800 emulator running on the BLU+, even though it works perfectly on the NLU. As soon as the GP32 menu loading bar finishes, the GP32 just hangs on a white screen. As that wonderful atari emu is pretty much the reason I got the BLU+, thats a nightmare!

I've tried version 0.7, but can't find an fxe of 0.8.. this link http://www.scrameta.net/a800.html is dead.
Anyone have a solution please ,and /or 0.8 they could send a link to, email or pm me? I've been out of the scene for ages, is there another emu as good?

I can't find an answer even after reading masses of search results, any help is appreciated!

TIA Iain

Hi

I'm afraid it still doesn't work for me on the BLU+. However, if put the same smc in the NLU, it works perfectly. On the BLU, it hangs on a white screen before showing the load splash.

As this 1 emu is pretty much the reason I bought the BLU+, I'm presently gutted! :(

Can anyone else who's used A800 on a Blu or Blu+ please post their findings if it worked for them or not?

thanks all, and foft!

Iain

Not sure what the problem is... But you can get the latest version from http://ssh.scrameta.net. My ISP still hasn't fixed the hosted www.scrameta.net site.

I'd just like to thank Mirrorhead for his help, PM'ing me a version of A800 that works a treat on the BLU+. It's version "1.3.2GP0.7"

Thank god for that, I'd nearly bought a 2nd GP32 for nothing ;)

CHEERS!
