Another portable.. The 'Creoqode'

At least it's somewhat different but damn this thing looks huge, probably needs its own bag.

form factor is neat (super wide-screen), but i think my eyes would hurt looking at separated LED pixels after about two minutes...

also don't like dpads that aren't unified.

WAY to big for me, but I like the concept, especially the screen looks cool. I hope they are successful, but I won't support them. For basic coding I've got my Gamebuino.

Yeah, that d-pad looks horrible. It might be okay for testing out the latest thing you've coded up, but I can't imagine myself testing out other people's projects using it, or playing anything for any length of time to be honest. Other than that it looks like an interesting project though, to hack about with.

Hmm... for me its a bit overpriced and the CPU could be faster and/or an FPGA (It looks like its too slow for alpha blending). But the Display could look really interesting and bright. I wonder how my Avatar would look on it. *googles for LED Matrix*

Edit: Looks like they're using this LED Matrix.
Edit2: with the Proper CPU Power these Matrixes look really cool:

The controls definitely weren't designed by someone who plays video games... ever.

Woah, just seen the RRP - 250 GBP for the assembled unit.

Also, that's a horrible, horrible website. As soon as it loaded far enough to give me a kickstarter link, I jumped there.
