Amiga Uae4All Emulation

I've been trying for ages to get UAE4all to work properly but I've had no joy. I have the kickstart files and I can obviously get the emulator to load, but when I try to 'start up' the Amiga, I just get a grey screen which fades from dim to bright.

What am I doing wrong? Are there any settings I need?
