Yes, AnubisOS is planned, but the AROS community has not fractured to the extent you are hinting at. AROS fans, by and large, do not see AnubisOS as a threat as they have different strengths and the projects are in fact beneficial to each other (to go into detail about why this is the case would require bringing up the history behind AnubisOS and needlessly derail this topic). Seeing as AnubisOS is still (to the public at least) in the planning stages, AROS on ARM seems the more likely prospect for Pandora users wanting an Amiga-like OS.
