Oh No!!!!! I accidentally dropped my GP32. Then I turned it on and it seemed to be working fine until I tried the R button, it wouldn't work. It doesn't make the same clicking sound as the L button, and I don't know how to fix it. Should I take my GP32 apart and see what is wrong? What should I do? Thanks for your help.

If you open your GP32, you will see that the R Button is hold by a tiny little piece of metal. It should be somewhere in the case - perhaps you can put it back. Just give it a try, you can't damage much :)

I dropped my gp32 a while back and I was in the same situation. My R button didn't want to function correctly, but I opened it and found out that there is a little metal piece holding it and that broke off. So then I removedthe bottem half and left the other half there and now my R button works but sounds different then my L button. ;)

[/QUOTE] I love the Gp32.

Thanks. I hope that I can fix it. So you are saying that it is ok to take it apart? Sounds risky, but oh well. Thanks

Just a tip - as with all hardware - if you;re worried you;re gonna lose 'bits' i.e. scresws, case pars, buttons etc, do the dismantling in a shallow tray. The kind that food cans come in is fine (abou 1-2" deep). This has saved me many a time when I've been unsure what's gonna fall out when I open something :)

Thanks for the replies.....now if I could only find a screwdriver that fits... ;)
