About Gp32 'speed'

I can overclock my gp32 to 166mHz, but this summer was sometimes so hot that my gp freezed after 3-4mins , but normally I can play until the batteries are empty. And a tip is to buy some powerful rechargeable batteries (2300mAh or something) as overclocking really burns down your batteries :(.

I got my Gp32BLu from a seller who said he bought it from Lik-Sang. It goes only up to 156mhz :(
So, not every GP32 from Lik-Sang is 166mhz, even though it may sound that way ;)

I got mine (BLU) from LikSang and it runs smoothly @ 166MHz!
Probably it's something random... but what do the guys do at GBAX.com? They guarantee it will be stable at 180MHz.
Is this a mod or what? If it's just a hardware modification I can surely do it myself..
