the answer to that question is yes and no. look at the emulators on this site, and there is a Java Virtual Machine, but it doesn't play Java games I don't think. I'm not sure, but I know it is not a complete Java player.
Cause the cpu does the work for the code video and audio
as with GBA its really low like 17mhz (i know its not right but close)
But cause it has a craphics chip to do the craphics it doesnt need that much processiong power. The gp32 is using raw power as there is no graphics chip
Yeah, it is *not biased at all* but it never said GBA stuff, except about Chui, and his GBA emulator only runs homebrew demos. The main focus of his work is GB/GBC.
