I emigrated countries. How to update my order?

I had the same thing (emigrated whilst in the queue), emailed Jacquelyn at the icontrolpadsales@ address, and she replied confirming the change. I then had to do this several more times as I moved house within my new country, and just followed the same procedure each time. Thus, when my...

Nubs don't work at all :(

You're brave...! If you've only had the Pandora 3 months, couldn't you RMA it? My nubs are still totally out of action :(

Nubs don't work at all :(

They're apparently hard to replace. From http://pandorawiki.org/Nubs:

Nubs don't work at all :(

I'm not sure exactly when it was made (it was only shipped very recently) but it does say "First Batch" on the sticker under the battery, yes. I agree with you that it does look like a hardware problem, but before I can ship it to ED or Craig I'd need their agreement to do so, otherwise I...

Nubs don't work at all :(

You should ask those questions in a thread appropriate to them. This is not it. Also, those aren't really "support" questions, are they? If you'd read the documentation you could have answered them yourself.

Nubs don't work at all :(

I've done the nub-dance. A lot. Ah, it sucks you have nublems too :( I have a digital camera that can take video, so I could do this if it's necessary...

Nubs don't work at all :(

OK, I put both nubs into Joystick mode via Settings -> Nubs in Xfce, then spent a solid 3 minutes doing circles and up/down/left/right movements with them in Input Tester. Nothing. Not even a pixel's worth.

Nubs don't work at all :(

OK, I've reflashed from the file at the link you gave... sadly no effect. No response from either nub in Input Tester :( Is it RMA time then? Also, the battery life doesn't seem so good... people mention 30 hours in low-power mode, but mine can't manage even a day like that. I've...

Nubs don't work at all :(

Oh? The d-pad works though (in that one game I tried, at least)... Nope. Looks like that's next up, then.

Nubs don't work at all :(

Well, I don't know the N64 (didn't own one at the time) so I don't know which games should and shouldn't support analogue input, but I tried Mupen64 with "Mega Man 64", and no, both nubs have no effect in that game - they do nothing at all, either in the menus or in the game itself.

Nubs don't work at all :(

Hi, Only just got my Pandora (about a week or two ago), to begin with the left nub worked to move the mouse in xfce as expected. After a few reboots, the left nub started behaving strangely - I couldn't get the cursor to go upwards or right. Then, it seemed that the nub would get "stuck"...

Pandora stuck in a reboot loop

I just checked again, and no, for me neither of these (Fn + brightness up/down buttons, closing the lid) have any effect on the screen backlight while on that screen. Is this a fault? However, after the unit's been on charge for about 3.5 hours, I tried logging in again and, success! It works...

Pandora stuck in a reboot loop

The graphical blue login screen. I didn't know you could press R while switching on to get a boot menu.

Pandora stuck in a reboot loop

It says "HotFix 5" on the loading screen. Neither of these have any effect when on the Login screen... are they supposed to?

Pandora stuck in a reboot loop

Thanks for your help, guys. It does it even when it's connected to the charger (yes, the charger is plugged in ;) ) The "included" Quick Start guide wasn't included in my case :( Oh, also, in terms of leaving it plugged in, I want to do this but the only screen where it's stable is the...

Pandora stuck in a reboot loop

Hi there. I only just got my Pandora and I still don't know much about how to use it, so please bear with me if this seems like a bit of a noob's question. My Pandora is stuck in a reboot loop. When you switch it on it'll boot to the login screen, you can login, Xfce pops up the square blue...
