First of all, I'd like to thank everyone who helped me get to the point I'm at now...happily playing Advanced Wars on my couch and completely wasting the day. B)
Apart from the oft-reported sound glitches (Advanced Wars is fine if you turn off the music--I'd have turned it off anyway) the GPSP...
I've installed the game, read the README and am thoroughly stuck.
Here's what's happening (Please forgive me if I use incorrect terminology--Linux newbie here):
I start the program gpsp
I start the program gpsp
I get a settings menu (looks like a BIOS screen)
I hit [SELECT] to set the settings...
I saw that a new, and highly rated, GBA emulator is available in the download section.
I downloaded the zip file (gpsp_v9006.zip). Inside this archive is a readme, a folder named gpsp, and another archive called gpsp09_src.zip.
Do I need to extract that archive into this folder or should it...
