There are arm and armel packages for gnash and swfdec (libswfdec and swfdec-gnome) on the official Debian repositories.
Perhaps that could be a good start.
I would like to be able to play the DOS version of Psycho Pinball.
There's a MegaDrive version, but the PC version has better music and sound effects, and different minigames.
This page could be useful for those not-so-known titles:
http://www.racketboy.com/guide/hidden-gems
(I know there are no 8-bit games in that list, but I think it fits the thread title and could be useful for other people, too).
"Quick reply" should be disabled for members with less than 50 posts, and the "Add reply" button should get them first to the search page.
If no results found, them leave them write a post/reply. :D
I like a lot the idea of full-screen programs.
Then, the Menu/Pandora button could show on top a list of running applications and switch to the selected one.
That would be perfect, if you ask me.
For gaming use, the screen resolution is more than enough.
But for laptop/PDA use, the larger the screen resolution available is, the better.
About your mockup, you'd better post the image in JPG or PNG format, so it doesn't weight that much.
In addition, make your tests at 400x240, and you will get a better idea on how the fonts will look on the Pandora screen.
Hey, Chip!
I've taken the time to invert all news, so the most recent ones appear on the top of the thread.
I believe it's better that way, but you decide.
I suppose you know better than me but, anyway, if you do, remember you can copy this by quoting me, as I've done with your first post...
I don't think the nub will ever touch the Pandora's case, it doesn't bend that much (if it bends at all, which I don't think it's actually noticeable on the video).
If we're going to use mnemonic rules, and A is going to be Accept and B is gonna be Back, then my preferred layouts are the following ones:
CODE
Y
B A
X
Y
X A
B
So A = Accept / OK, B = Back, X = Cancel / EXit, and Y = Whatever. :)
I'm not completely satisfied with any of the current designs (that doesn't mean they're bad, and I doubt I could do better), but I understand is very hard to accomodate all that functions in such a small keyboard.
So I will accept the most voted layout, no problem. I'm sure I will get used to...
QUOTE
why do they both have OK/Accept on the inside button? Isn't it normally on the bottom button, and right hand button is cancel / back?
I totally agree with you. I prefer the OK button to be the right one, and the back button being the left one.
In fact, I think the main button is the B...
They've already said that the Pandora doesn't work inside the case because of the LCD cable (that is far too short or far too long, I don't exactly remember).
