    PSX roms for GP32

Lol....generalnmx knows so little about 3D engines, it's hard to know where to start. Doom uses what is called a Raycasting engine. The levels are defined by vectors, which is why it is often called 2.5D. Each enclosed vector shape is called a sector and can have an independant height value. As...

    Resident Evil

If the recent Mithris 15 day demo can put hugely detailed, *reflective* high-poly objects on the screen at a great framerate...this RE game should at LEAST be able to push a few decent 3D characters on a prerendered background.

I need everyones help to write reviews...

You can count on me. just email me with what you want written. I used to love the diskmags for the ST, and I'm totally dedicated to making Slander a great resource for GP32 fans.

Iceman is now officially a god amongst men...

Wrong. You could shoot in like 16 directions in Metal Slug, just use the up and down arrows to alter the angle at which you are firing.

    Doom

A 20% speedup, you say?? Excellent! The only thing keeping Doom from being a permanent resident of my Smartmedia card is the choppy framerate. Hey, I wonder.....if he gets the Doom engine up to 30 or even 60FPS, other companies might liscence his code to make games based off it. Look at Sonic...

    Porting "Sonic Robo Blast II"

the existing Doom port for GP32 doesn't run very smoothly as-is, so playing a fast game like Sonic Robo Blast 2 on it would kind of suck.

GP32 Here are some lame screenshots

Yes, copy Ninja Spirit EXACTLY, then build off that. The gameplay is far more enjoyable than the rigid Shinobi titles.

GP32 Here are some lame screenshots

Copy the gameplay of Ninja Spirit for TG-16. Seriously, it's the most enjoyable ninja game EVER. Copy what they did and build off that.

    flash player

Don't be stupid. Flash is a vector animation engine, meaining you can scale it up or down to any size without performance problems. Try shrinking your internet explorer window next time you watch a flash movie. Wow! Magic! :P

    Doom v6 and 3D perhaps :)

Finally I can play my own Duke3d levels on the go...And in theory it ought to work with TC's like the Starship Troopers TC. This is going to rock!

    What's with the anti-GBA elitism?

I keep seeing threads that basically insinuate that GBA owners are stupid because they own a handheld that is easy to use, unlike the Gamepark 32 which takes time and technical knowledge to set up. Why, then, are there so many "Help, I did something wrong and I don't know what!! Help me make...

    DOOM

I still want Doom to run at 30-60 frames per second instead of the 10-15 that it does right now.

    Obvious? Macromedia Shockwave

It's all just vector animation. It's not like one is possible but not the other, lol. So is Skeezix going to attempt this?

Any news on the Doom port?

    Is the framerate good yet?

    Obvious? Macromedia Shockwave
