SoC Poll - What's most important for you?

@CB: Well ED talked about the possibility of seeing Notaz leaving, so I suppose they already discussed about that privately

SoC Poll - What's most important for you?

Thank you ED, for this clear list of pros and cons. In the first place, I was attracted to x86, but I realized that losing our beloved star developers would be a great loss to me. They are wonderful allies, and I'd like to enjoy their company a bit longer ;) Moreover, I also realized that I...

    SoC: Back and forth!

That's funny how some people label all the ideas they don't like as "spam". If I read this thread again: - ED initially made a report about his choice of a SoC - The Intel SoC was then reminded as a possibly interesting option - In the light of some technical information provided by some...

    SoC: Back and forth!

I can easily understand your concern, ED. And I find this topic interesting because it exposes many critical choices. However, if this fear is related to the fact people may make a purchase based on a misunderstanding (and then ask for a refund), isn't it where your communication and marketing...

    SoC: Back and forth!

Is this remark aimed at my post? I don't think it is either off topic, or trolling in any way. Just stating an opinion about the intel SoC, which has been discussed in other posts on this same topic. As an open community, I suppose we have the right to give feedback to ED and the rest of the...

    SoC: Back and forth!

I must say that the intel SoC idea looks surprisingly attractive to me. I can think of some interesting pieces of software (Zsnes first coming to my mind) that would benefit from it. The first Xbox had some good ports thanks to its intel architecture. I value this community more than any other...

    [Significant Improvement] Atari 800 EX

Wow! Just wow! The current rom selection screen of this emu was not very handy, especially with long tosec filenames. I can't wait to try this new version!

    Release ScummVM

Well for me it's the opposite: I was getting a crash when loading a save with Leisure Suit Larry 1 Remake on build 1.5. This crash was solved in version 1.6. I didn't test many games though...

Release Emu EX Plus Alpha ported to the Pandora

Thank you ptitSeb, your file worked!! I think it was because I had created the file under Windows, and the line feed between the 2 lines may have caused an issue (just a guess). At least now it works fine, you're a champ! Thank you!

Release Emu EX Plus Alpha ported to the Pandora

Well, yes, I checked again, and I have this file located in the proper folder. And the file contains the text you indicated. I even deleted the config file again, to be sure it was not due to an issue with my SGX drivers: when I delete the config file, the tearing disappears during the first...

Release Emu EX Plus Alpha ported to the Pandora

Nice find ptitSeb! It seems I can't make this trick work though... I created a file called "powervr.ini" in the folder where I store my GBC roms, then launched the GBC emu. But when I loaded a rom, I still got the tearing. I tried to restart the game instead of resuming it: same result. Then I...

USB Mass storage no longer working

Hi ED, thanks for your reply. So would this kind of repair be included in the free RMA policy? Or would I be charged for getting it fixed? :)

    Release [Repo] UAE4ALL 2.5.1.0

A small suggestion: the ability to empty the HD fields, so you can eject them, like you do for ADF (right now, once you have set an HDF file, you can't disable it if you finally want to use HD-Dir instead, and vice versa). Keep up the great work! :)

Release TinyLauncher Run Amiga WHDLoad Games

Hi, In the official thread here , it is indicated that the "rewind / forward" buttons can be used to scroll page in KGLoad. The one-line scrolling can be really slow, so if you have many titles in the list, it can take a while. However, I'm not sure of what is this "rewind / forward" stuff, and...

USB Mass storage no longer working

Hi, I was using USB mass storage with no problem until today. Yesterday, my Pandora fell on the floor (not a big shock though), while the mini USB cable was plugged. I carefully checked the Pandora, and it seemed fine. However, today, I can't have it detected by my Windows 7 PC any longer. I...

Thanks. Actually I clicked the default A1200 configuration, so the Amiga cpu speed is automatically set to this value.
