This is how i understand it and people that want to use it as a phone shouldn't really have any issues either. The only time vibrate and sound happen at the same time is during the ring. In call it's just audio
Eh even if that doesn't work perfectly at least for me it won't be an issue since I probably won't use rumble much if at all. Definitely not as bad as some of the bugs the Pandora had.

The Vita you could simply make another account and pick a different country to "live" in in order to get those games.

Liliputing typically has manufacturers contact them and send them preproduction demos. I think this was a case of he knew it was coming out and did some cursory research but didn't really look into it.

It might be worth your while to contact liliputing, brad has seemed fair. It seems that the target audience for the Pyra are pretty much liliputing readers
