What are you playing this weekend/these days?

I'm going to put some time into Majora's Mask for 3DS.

The Definitive List of Pandora Games (native games and ports)

I wouldn't mind fleshing out the wiki a bit more, but this thread is my current priority.

The Definitive List of Pandora Games (native games and ports)

OK. I've updated the thread. Fixed the grammatical / information errors that people mentioned, and added all the games people said were missing (except OpenDune... I'll get there). We still have a lot of games to go, but I'm guessing we're at about 10% right now! 89 games ATM.

The Definitive List of Pandora Games (native games and ports)

I am very seriously considering making a video for some of the Pandora games that don't have videos. Thank you. I'll keep the alphabetical idea in mind if the post gets too long. Thanks. I thought now there won't be as many releases on the Pandora because the Pyra is around the corner...

I'd like to make a quick note that this thread is now "open-source". If you want to add to it, you can make a pull request, or just send me a PM with the new code highlighted. Here's the link on GitHub: https://github.com/blimpsgo180/DefinitiveListOfPandoraGames I will still read this thread...

The Definitive List of Pandora Games (native games and ports)

General Overview With the days of the Pandora winding down and the days of the Pyra winding... up(?), I've decided to create a definitive list of all the games that exist on the Pandora. I'm categorizing games as games that were either made for, or specifically ported to the Pandora. I do not...

Massive Steam Sale: Tomb Raider, Fallout, Batman, more

I just bought the Tomb Raider Bundle and the Doublefine Bundle (2015). It's 21 games total for $40... less than two dollars a game. The bundles also come with DLC and original soundtracks. Very happy with my purchase. :)

Massive Steam Sale: Tomb Raider, Fallout, Batman, more

Nice. I didn't know if Steam's DRM got in the way of running the games on other platforms (like Pandora).

Massive Steam Sale: Tomb Raider, Fallout, Batman, more

Steam is having a Lunar New Year Sale. I have personally never heard of the Lunar New Year, but it's an incredible sale. Here's a list of some of the better sale items I found: Tomb Raider Franchise: Tomb Raider Collection (includes almost every Tomb Raider game released for PC, including...

What will a Pyra be able to do that the OpenPandora can't do now?

Emulation is going to get a huge boost. What systems specifically will emulate better, I'm going to have to bite my tongue since I don't really know. But we already saw really great DOSBox performance.

I made a podcast and talked about emulation

Hmm, dunno there are other podcast using soundcloud that offer downloads via soundcloud - or is that part of a paid service ? I would like to kindly ask you to turn off the tapatalk message, thanks OK. Looks like I can offer a limited number of downloads through the free service, but I can't...

I made a podcast and talked about emulation

Hm. Thanks for the feedback. I don't have a web server so I'm not sure how to do that. If you have a smartphone, there's a SoundCloud app. PowerGod: thanks. I can work on reading less. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk

I made a podcast and talked about emulation

Hi, I'm looking for some feedback on a podcast I'm starting. It's really amateurish right now. For one thing I don't like the sound of my own voice. I'm hoping I'll get other people to join me in later episodes. The episode is on emulation. Here's the link: Listen to Video Game...

    Alternatives to the pyra?

There's a market for Pyra. I will buy it. I like the form factor, battery life, ability to underclock it, the fact that it can hold every NES, SNES, GBA, Genesis, and DS game ever made and more. But there's a lot going on in the portable device market today. PS2 emulation on a handheld like...

    Alternatives to the pyra?

I thought the same thing but you just get used to it. Android phones (at least the Nexus series) vibrate a little bit when you touch the on-screen keyboard, which makes it feel like touching a real keyboard. I hate to argue with a MST3k fan... Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk

    Alternatives to the pyra?

Imagine doing any sort of programming on GPD XD, command line utilities and such. How about games that make heavy use of the keyboard. What if I was on a bus and need to hammer out a quick paper in Libreoffice. The selling point of the Pandora and Pyra is that it's flexible into realms outside...

    Nintendo Switch

I've read a lot of this thread and there are some really good points being made (especially by Chris). My two cents: history is prone to repeating itself more than anything else I know. Look at SEGA. Remember what a great system the Genesis was? And the Dreamcast? And Saturn if you lived in...
