My mate told me about this, Nintendo have won a patent which allows them to protect ALL handheld emulator software. This means anything from Atari Lynx to GBA. Theyre serious about it too, theyre going after individual emualtors.

While were on the topic of this, I'd like to make a suggestion if possible ;) Anyways, while developing your emulator, would it be possible to make it so you can load music of your own from a SMC and play the music insted of the games music?

I think thats refering to downloading Roms to your GP32 to play elsewhere then coming back, uploading the rom and playing it on your pc.
