iCP2: They're throwing in the towel.

I'm not sure why Link can't charge Craig with embezzlement. The money belonged to Link's company and Craig did not complete the tasks his was assigned with it. Legally he must return the monies to Link. I'm not certain but I would believe this would be more cost effective and if the charges...

iCP2: They're throwing in the towel.

You could alert the tax man to the ICP2 Kickstarter project and that you suspect that Craig is not declaring the money on his taxes. You may also point to all the Pandora donations that he has received over the years and believe that he also has not declared any of this on his taxes. If you...

iCP2: They're throwing in the towel.

That's all anyone can hope for and every time Craig returns with another crowd funder someone will raise the alarm to shut him down.

iCP2: They're throwing in the towel.

If you do decide to continue see if you can rename the project the "Linkinator". Hit Craig where it hurts, his ego. Since he ran with his tail between his legs it would only be fair to you and MWeston to strip him of any credit to the project.

iCP2: They're throwing in the towel.

Why would you need to deal with Craig? The business end was held by Link not Craig. Knowing Craig he probably never patented the iCP2. The only member of the team anyone would have to do business with is MWeston to acquire his designs. Heh! The best revenge would be to make the iCP2 a success...

Just imagine how bad this situation would have been if Craig had gone through with his iCP shareholder plan? There were community members who were eager to invest. Maybe even he had doubts in himself.

iCP2: They're throwing in the towel.

So is this an official ICP2 bankruptcy/insolvency? Is Craig legally obligated to open his books to his ICP2 creditors? If so it would be possible to finally see if the Pandora monies owed to ED went into funding the ICP2 project. That could spell legal trouble for Craig.

Craig's selling more Pandoras on Ebay for £135

I'm not sure that would be a wise move for him. If he declares bankruptcy doesn't he have to open his books to all his creditors? He would have to be accountable for all his transactions and if there are any possible discrepancies as the community suspect that could lead to charges. The best...

There's also the possibility of a collection agency. They may not get your money back but they will drive Craig insane.

GCW Zero - Open Source Gaming Handheld

I believe Jutley also supported the GCW KS by buying a couple of units. Only makes sense to sell the one that has the biggest demand.

GCW Zero - Open Source Gaming Handheld

That will be the real challenge for the GCW0. Will it be able to hold gamers and developers interest as newer and more powerful devices enter the market? Pandora has unique features that allows to still stay strong.
