I'm ready for a GP32, but I'd like to know your experiences with ordering from the three sites above. I am very concerned with the import taxes because the order is above $200 and it could fare up to $400 easily.

So, please let me know how your order went through. :)

Got my FLU from GBAX --> No problem. They've been very responsive and it arrived very quickly (thanks UPS).
I had to pay around 55 quids to the custom though (I live in Norway).

www.gbax.com
would be my tip. They received my money transfer on a friday and my parcel was here 3 days later (monday). Good price, great service. + you get a CD with all the necessary info and files to get started.

But I wouldn´t diz the others because I have no experience of them ^^
GL with the GP :)

Yeah, whichever one I use, I will probably end up choosing UPS to ship it to Egypt since normal Airmal delivery can be risky (theft and damage) and I think UPS are a global standard for shipments.

Still, I'd defenitely like to hear.

I ordered my GP32 FLU, 128mb SMC and carry case from Lik-sang. It ended up costing $AUS 409 including UPS. Then when it arrived in Australia (the counrty I live in) I had to pay $AUS 96 tax.

So to sum it up I had to pay approximately one quarter of what I paid at Lik-sang.

It was a shock for me to find out that the tax was that much but I'm sure It'll be worth it.

Make sure you really add up and research. You should probably ring customs to find out how much tax your up for!

Hope this helps.
Reg.

I got the wifes Non flu and my FLU from gbax.com

I highly recommend them.. excellent service and VERY fast!!

if youa re outside europe use lik-sang and email them they should lower the price 2 avoid the taxes. i have payd ca 25? taxes i think
*arg my englich is bad i should sleep*

Both Lik-Sang and Play-Asia will get taxed if you import from them because they put the full value of the product on the box and it's really obvious it's games because (1) they declare it as games and (2) in the case of play-asia it has a picture of a joystick on the box. Can't speak for gbax, though.

not play asia they were terrible. When i got it it had blue markings on it and didnt have a screen protector on it

I got mine from Play-Asia, no import tax whatsoever. This is when I was in Illinois. They wrap a box around the Play-Asia box so you can't see the logo.

Not if its already taxed in the resellers' country. (VAT Nr.) I would order it from GBAX because they gave us the Doom Port. ;)
