Anyone tried a good snooker game on any system emulated by the 2X ?
I didn't find any for Gngeo, and I'm not sure about one on MAME2X.
Perhaps the genesis got it ?

EDIT : sorry for the typo on the title, I feel Upid right now

Have you tried jimmy whites whirlwind snooker?

...bit dated but is still quite good.

Should be on genesis and maybe even playable through dosbox?

I'll second the suggestion of Jimmy White's Whirlwind Snooker. It's not exactly state-of-the-art in the graphics/sound department, but remains an excellent overall simulation of the game that plays very realistically.

I've been playing it recently usting OutcaST and it runs just fine, though controlling things using the GP2X stick is somewhat awkward (in its original form, the game is mostly mouse driven) but you get used to it after a bit.

Thank you guys !
I'll pack those for my trip this week-end along with Neo TurfMaster and Windjammers.
Angleball looks quite fun !

I just read that as Hooker

Leisure Suit Larry in the Land of the Lounge Lizards springs to mind.

Though, only two games I know where you can play as a hooker are the two Fear Effect games... Though, not much hookering is done. :)

"hookering" haha...
there was a nice pool simulation for the c-64 where you were able to take turns and alter the game physics. That was really fun as you could screw with gravity and friction and then watch your pool balls go flying. I just don't quite remember what it was called. Something simple including the word "pool" blabla
