Dude, I'm American and have been drinking tea since I was able to drink hot things w/o burning myself.

How do you Brits or anyone else drink your tea? I was brought up putting sugar and lemon in it, but I have started only putting milk in my tea. I also like green tea.

Depends on the type of tea, time of the day and time of the year.

My current favourite is Lady Grey, black no sugar, though a decent green tea is very refreshing. I am also partial to the odd drop of Lapsang if in a hardcore mood. If I am in a cafe having breakfast then it's just plain old Builder's Tea with milk.

Sugar in tea is wrong IMHO.

how do you guys manage to stay awake then? I am a horrible coffee addict. There is a coffee shop in germany similar to starbucks that is called balzac coffee and you can satisfy your need of caffeine there like nowhere else. I also like tea, especially green tea and black tea.

My favorite teas are definitely jasmine, green, and oolong. If you don't know what oolong is, you suck... CHINESE POWA! *hails from the land of the ORIGINAL tea makers*

The trick is not staying awake all the time, but devoting a part of your less- needed time to the rejuvenating embrace of sleep. :)

Tea actually tastes nice, whereas coffee is just an awful ProPlus which takes longer to consume.
Funny cos it's true.
