I have my GP2X on teh way, should arrive this week. At some point I'm going to want to pick up an AC adaptor and a case. I would rather just go out to radio shack or some other local store. Any suggestions as to which AC adaptor will work, and what case is a decent fit?

Thanks!

Any adapter that provides 3 Volts, up to 1 Amp of current, and a negative center pole will work.

I've heard that cases made for Nintendo DS's work well for the GP2X.

I use a Nintendo official GBA case (the old style) ... I'll post a pic in a sec ...

^ Ta da! Holds extra batteries, SD Cards, a card reader and keeps by baby nice 'n snug :)

I got mine at Radioshack for $27.99 3-12v DC regulated 2amp output. Works just fine. It's for digital cameras.

Well, just get one from walmart then. I got a 1.3 amp adapter for $12 or something cheaper. Check it out. Take jobs away from other americans!

I got the radio shack 800 mA one, works fine for me, it was less than $20. Of course I could have gone to Fry's and got a 1 amp one for $10 less but I didn't find out until later.
