I've just noticed that the whole left side (bottom left most of all) of my GP2x is not done up properly! All the screws appear in properly but its just not done up properly! I tried to take pictures but this crappy camera either comes up with pitch black or when using the flash this or at best this . So is it faulty of is there something special i need to do to get it to snap together?

Sam... it doesn't look like there's anything wrong with it... If I took a picture of my 2x and made it all pale and blurry it would look exactly like that.

If I were you I'd be more concerned about a digital camera that only takes crap for pictures than a GP2X with a case defect that may or may not exist but if it does it's barely noticable.

I don't know that the case is supposed to seal anyway... My whole case doesn't look sealed, maybe something is wrong with your case's right side like it's screwed too far down or something.

most digital cameras are like that, they need SUNLIGHT to give any kind of decent picture, artifical light will result in blurry / too dark, or too bright pictures, nothing wrong with the cam

The 2x case needs to be carefully clipped together before putting the screws in. You can probably fix it by removing all the screws and the case and "rebuilding" the unit.

Took me several minutes to get it to seal properly :p
