Good day to all,

I've FINALLY gotten a GP32 ($250 Ebay) and releasing another installment of VNS Creator!

Addition - Color highlighting in 'Chara check' windows
Fixed - Many typo's
Addition - Some stock BMP files for use.

Enjoy. Please leave feedback and suggestions.

That´s cool. I wonder if the memory leaks are fixed? Grebn had serious problems with this when he developed his VNS rpg "Warlock of firetop mountain".

Actually, just to say, VNS is leaking memory like a sieve. I wish I'd known this before wasting a month programming. It really does feel like an insurmountable problem at the moment. If I could get the source code for VNS I might be able to do something with it...

And you paid 250$ for your new GP32 ??? Did it come with 20 SMCs or what?

As for memory leaks, my utility just writes the .vns code that can be pasted into a TXT file. I don't have any ability over the VNS Creator itself. ^_^

Just recieved GP32. 133MHz, 2 SMCs. yay

uh, that seems a tad bit over priced if that is all you got and it is only 133mhz.
Yep especially as the GP2X is gonna cost below $200.

You will pay around 150€ for it. So 250 is a bad rip off.
Did you try the clockspeed tester how far it can go?
And does it have a screen light?

Here's what I have:

GP32 BLU
Clockspeed - 133MHz
Light - Backlit

I'd really like to flash my firmware, but don't know where to start... ^_^

It can't go over 133mhz? Try running it at faster speeds in DrMD and see how high it can go and still be stable (just bump up the mhz a little bit at a time and then play it for a couple minutes, if it doesn't start acting funny or restarting, then its probably stable). As far as I know you can't hurt your gp32 by trying higher speeds than its capable of playing, it will simply reset.
