Well, some of you may know overlay functions of a graphic card, mostly used for viewing videos without using processor time.
I have a graphic card which supports a fullscreen overlay output on a TV
(means: If I watch a video on a PC, I always have it fullscreen on the TV, regardless whether I run that video in a window or not).
I know some video editing programs do support this.
But: Do other programs support this?
Picture Viewer, for example?
Or even emulators?
Is this technically possible?
If anybody knows ANY programs with Overlay output, please tell me
Thanks.
