Well, finally, I had some time to finish up the PSPArchive.
It has a little board (with similar topics to these boards, as I like the setup ;))

You can go there at www.psparchive.de.

And: Don't worry, I won't abandon the GP32 :)
I already sorted some more GP32 stuff ready to be uploaded to the archive, so be prepared for an update soon :)

sweeeeeeeet this is what I was looking for (I think??) I hope there are details there on how to get homebrew stuff running on the PSP :(

getting stuff running is easy ona 1.0 firmware, just copy the app in /psp/game/ownfolderforevryapp/ and you can start it from the firmware.
you cant run homebrew on other firmwares yet.

oh sweet I thought you'd have to do some sort of 'hack' to the system first, similar to an Xbox softmod trick or something like that... wow it's really that easy, NICE.

Well I just tried this with the SNES emu... well of course my wife has my v 1.0 jap PSP so I put it in my US 1.5... it shows up in the menu with an icon and everything and boots but then of course it wont run it gives that error message.... heh well my heart jumped when it looked like it would start! Hurry up wife and get home! I"m about to trip her way the heck out when I put this memstick in 'her' PSP and load up Super Mario World (one of her favorite all time SNES games or games in general). I hope being an older game it runs at a decent frame rate....

EDIT: tried it on our jap psp... pretty impressive for a first release. Running just about as fast as OsnesGP at 166mhz I believe? Playing Mario All Stars - mario 3, was getting about 30fps with sound. Niiiiice.

Evil Dragon,

I am so tempted to jump in the car, drive down to you, and give you a BIG KISS!!!!

Du bist mein Held!

Danke, Danke, Danke - Du bist der Mann!!!

hm, Nice find ED ;) . I wonder who runs these sites :p . wait......... ah never mind :D .

I don't have a PSP, but I am tempted to get one (as soon as you can run homebrew on any FW), so definately a great site. I like the design (so familiar  ) and the PSP logo looks better than the GP32 one.

Naaah, don't worry, I won't abandon the GP32 scene :)

It's just easier to add new files to a file archive when nothing is out yet (doesn't take up much time), had (and still have) a lot more work with GP32 File Archive :)

But I think IF the GP32 scene slowly goes down, most here will go for a PSP when homebrew works on every firmware... now you can be sure there's a site you find your files :)

Thats the point, i think in the next weeks we will read more about running homebrew on psp, and the gp32 scene is moving to this lovely machine... This summer is a good time to get one, and at Christmas is xbox360 time :)

Oh, just a new information:
The boards on psparchive.de may only be up temporary... why...?
Well... let's say I'm in contact with hando and you'll see what happens (nothing is fixed yet, though... :))

Hey, don't forget hando!
He started it all!
Without him, I would be nothing as I would have never started a file archive...

Nice work.

There's stuff on there I didn't even know was out.

Seems like the GB emu is progressing well.
