Well, im going to be starting a website for windup backrounds. I will make a bunch myself, but if you have anything you would like to contribute, send them to mofokubik@graffiti.net, or just im them to me, (aimsn=mofokubik)

Yes my name is mofokubik for just about everything, because i dont feel the need to create a diff name for each thing i do.

Would be nice to have a site with backgrounds (and what about some icons?!) for WindUps!!! :)

However, I'm experiencing this weird thing:

I'm using a different background from the standard ones, but everytime I launch, let's say, that Age2k app that comes in the WindUps package for example, do my work and then exit to the desktop, the background that I set up as default is replaced by that standard one (Blue w/ black lines and "WindUps GP32" written on it at the bottom right corner)... I even deleted this background image from the IMAGES dir, checked the Config. file and everything seems OK, but... When I launch apps and then exit to the WindUps desktop, that damn' background comes to life again!!!

Any ideas?! Is my GP32 haunted?! :p

Thanks a lot!

i've made some and i can make some more, i'll send you them tonight.

ok, im going to convert all of the windows xp backrounds tonight on my parents computer. maybe do a matrix one and a cowboy beebop one also.

Iv'e got a load ready for tommorow. A warning to people making them though, push the gamma/contrast up by between 15 and 20 percent before converting to the 256 colour pallete, if you try to raise the gamma after the conversion, it will probably change the pallete, and not work.
