DVB-T TV on Pandora

Any refs for compiling for the Pandora?
Last time I just ran it on my Linux desktop, and copied the *.fw over to the pandora in the same /lib/firmware/ (then did a dmesg to see what .fw firmware file it loaded, then removed all unused stuff). The desktop was x86/x64 but no problems with indian-ness.

I'll give that a whirl, but now that I know it actually isn't supported by by or kernel, I have little hope

Well, the Netherlands is now totally DVB-T2, this means that all DVB-T devices are now obsolete and do not receive signal (not even radio). The government European Union requested the 700MHz-band because they are going to use it for 4G/5G starting 2020.
That means I need to buy a DVB-T2 usb device and the GENIATECH MyGica T230 is saying it can handle Linux... so... let's see...
