After playing CC for a while (about 15 minutes), it crashes my GP32 (it just freezes and there is no response. This the version of CC on Automation 94.

At first I thought it was the batteries but other emulators worked fine when I switched the GP32 back on. Has anybody else encountered this problem?

One or thing, the is game really shows the need for a one button keyboard/joystick toggle...

I'm using the same version but have'nt had any problems.

Has this happened more than once ?

A few times, but it appears to be random. The length of time before crash varies.

I'm not sure what to suggest then (maybe try another version?)

With the new version of Castaway which now has save states maybe try to save on a regular basis and see if it keeps on crashing after that.

With the save states now working on Castaway I'll be giving Carrier Command a lot of serious play time (If only the GP32 screen wasn't so small, those island fighter drones are a bitch to shoot down !). I'll let you know if I have any problems ?

Vanamonde, do you happen to know if the enemy carrier has the same route through the game ? I'd love to just head straight for it at the start.

Cheers.

To quote from some tips for CC:

Start the action game and set a course for Isolus (just east of Thermopylae). Stay just out of range for approximately 10 minutes. As soon as the message "Isolus is now an enemy island appears, launch a manta and fly toward the north side of the island. The enemy carrier will be directly ahead of you.
