hi,

just as the new ide is out, i try to start coding, many years have passed by. i used to code in pascal for dos, but whatever...

my question is, is there an easy to read/handle documentation for the devkitadv?
maybe a help-file similar to the vis-c++ or delphi help/reference?
something where you can easily find procedures and functions?

Look for these files:

gpsdk_api_ref 2.1.5 (Eng).doc (documentation on the official SDK)

um_s3c2400x_rev1.1.pdf (documentation on the processor inside the GP32 itself)

Also, take a look at Mirko's SDK. It replaces the official SDK, and comes with documentation, examples, and source code :)

yes, i read a bit in MM SDK and it seems to be very good and easy. but i would like to start with this new ide because i don't want to go back 10 years in the past and make dos-prompt commands and makefiles. actually i am too lazy for that but maybe i learn it by using the ide...

this ide gives much comfort and i hope it will support MM SDK in the next release. but for now, i have so much to do/learn, that i don't need it neccessarily, if you know, what i mean...

really? where can i get it? allesandro said in the thread (http://www.gp32x.de/board/index.php?showtopic=9683&st=0&#entry99013) that he just downloaded the Mirko SDK.

but maybe there a newer version than the IDE 1.01?
