I have been acquiring Linux friendly hardware for the GP2X and now for the Pandora.
I think these should work:
Linksys USB 10/100 Ethernet USB200M Rev 2 [using the Asix AX88772 driver]
Belkin USB Wireless G [using the Ralink RT73 driver]
Is it safe to say that these devices will work [with hub and power consumption issues accounted for] on the Pandora?
I found these pages:
The USB Ethernet seems like its is supported.
http://www.angstrom-distribution.org/repo/...nel-module-asix
http://www.gelato.unsw.edu.au/lxr/source/d...et/asix.c?a=arm
Will a USB Wi-Fi driver (rt73usb kernel module) be included in the Pandora Ångström?
http://www.angstrom-distribution.org/repo/...-module-rt73usb
I would like the ability to use the USB Wi-Fi because I can extend the cable for better reception.
I have a laptop in my garage that has built in Wi-Fi, but I USB Wi-Fi on a long cable to get much better reception.
Is there (or will there be) a place to get information on what hardware is supported in the Pandora Ångström?
