Hi I downloaded tone dial source code by virtual leech and managed to compile it after much effort. The I somehow couldnt work with 16 bit images and also had problems with getc is this a problem with my setup, debian tools or the source code? It would be great if this feature could be integrated with windups age2k

To use 16bit graphics mode you need to change some setting (and add some libraries is if I remember correctly) in your compiler setup. I'm pretty sure I found all information about how to do this on this board somewhere. Try doing a search for 16bit graphic or something like that.

Since this was my first c project not eveything is done the way it was supposed to be. So some function are really screwed up by me. I can remember that one of my biggest problem was reading from a file (should be so simple). That's why maybe getc doesn't do what you think it should do. Sorry

dont mean to be rude, but what is the po9int of a tone dialer? I mean as long as you have a touchtone phone (i assume 99.9% do) why would you need it?

dont think thats possible anymore. was phone phreaking not pretty oldschool shit that most major phone companies caught onto making it a redundant practice. thats what i thaught. If not somebody program blue, red, etc. box tones into tone dialer and give it to me please.(I assume it would be illegal to release)

I've been redboxing for a while now, and it is just as easy as it has ever been.
Blueboxing on the other hand is now near impossiable, but why use blueboxing when you have red? :)

I'm one of those endangered species who dont use a handphone. So its nice to have something which stores numbers for use with a public phone.
