Swiss Army Knive, the Pyra under the Sharp Tools

Im on an New Daylie Driver SAK Quest; when I’m honest to myself, I only need this BitDriver 2 times a week, so an 4 Layer SAK will be the next one : I got today an Delemont Evolotion Grip S17 which is the Wenger equivalent to the Huntsman, but I’m not happy: the amount of tools and the Tickness are perfekt but seems like I have to put it allready in my collection as I can’t open can opener, bottle opener, and scissor easy..

so on Thursday I will receive a black Victorinox Huntsman..

I when i can get my Pictures over from Discord i can post them..

The Black Huntsman did arrive yesterday, and its in comparassion to this S17 much better, and for about half the Price: The Tools are folding whitouth much tension but are secure enough to work save (this blade is ok for small bushcraft stuff, but you would have German §42a Compatible bigger Blade in the Woods anyway..) i think for stuff like Cutting a Baggle or some other small Knive Tasks its fine..
The Scissors are fold out whitouth hurting as they have enough space between the scissor Thump Nick and the next tool (the Woodsaw is a bit less high).. and the Bottle and Can Openers are also much more pleasent to fold out..
Im quite happy whit it.. and its about 80gramms less than my Cybertool L

So my Knive EDC looks now like this: The Huntsman is the Main Knive, then i have the Minichamp on my Keyring as its provide me whit an Nail Cleaner and a small Pen, (and this strange Orange peel blade) , the Cybertool is in my Backpack, this will get use when i really need an Bit Driver or the pliers ..

My first Swiss Army Knive ^^
Looks like a toy, and this mate finish on the tools give them a plastic look, but it’s now my new Knive : it’s sharp and you can even acces the tools whyle you are wearing gloves..
Swiza D09, about the same toolset as the Huntsman but it’s some sort of a modern attempt to the concept Swiss Army Knive

As the Swizza got an Lockable Blade, and out of surprise the German Gouvermend is tighten the German Knive Law now, i did decide to go back to the Huntsman, but whit blue Skales now.. also its Scissors are much more usefull as you cant cut per example candle rope whit the Scissors of the Swizza..

Fixed Knives whit more than 6 cm are going to prohibited, daggers are going to get illegal, they are allowed to own bevor in your own home, so no issue whit the "WW1 Trench Dagger of you Grand Grand Grand Dad" or the Damast in your collection..

I did not read the whole Document, but its going to quite difficult in the Future whit Knives in Germany...

Luckily you cannot stab a person with a 6cm blade :p
In the Netherlands and Belgium it's prohibited to have a knife outside of your house without a good reason and any knive made for the purpose of human harm is forbidden to carry.
A pocket knife is probably fine outdoors but not at a concert for example.
I guess it's using the assumption a random kitchen knive on average isn't used for illegal purposes.

Might be the whole thing got much to overhyped: I think im still save whit the "Swiss Made Utility Pocket Knive" whit only 6cm blade.. ,
allthough whe plan a 3 day journy to Munich in a few months whit the Train, lets see what the Law says then..
For my normal Day, i dont have any disadvantages as i usually dont use puplic transportation stuff, and in normal Weapon Probitation Zones, its still allowed to carry a SAK whitouth Lock ..

For Concerts or other puplic mass Events, its completly fine that is not allowed to bring them,,,

When i would want to stapp someone, i would not use this Victorinox Knive whit the nice blue Scales i did had to use lots of effort to put these Scales on, i would use a big Kitchen Knive which should be quite sharp, these are also not that expensive so its fine to trow them in a river or something..

How will you dispose of the body?

Whe have 75% Ant Accid in our Shop which is used against the Varroa Mites on Honey Bees, but i would suspect this is not strong enough .. ^^
I would suspect using the Saw on the Swiss Army Knive would take too long..

Or the Accid they did use at Breaking Bad but not in an Bad Tubb..

What is driving those stupid ass idiots to restrict knives more and more?
It's not like there is any danger in those knives.

No, if someone does an ILLEGAL attack with an ILLEGAL knife, that will not prevent any sort of attack.
We need to stop that stupid "oh, there was an attack, let's make the laws more strict and hinder everyone" attitude.

I have to make an Inventory Counting to answer this, i would suspect about 12 - 13 Swiss Army Knives, about 5 Leathermans, maybe 5 - 7 one blade folders, 2 Fixed Knives (booth Over 6 cm ;( ) , 2 Opinels (a Number 6 whit Rustproof Steel, and this Number 12 Explore (whit Fire Steel) .. .. and 2 Cheap SAK Clones which are not good..

I think i will stay now whit the Blue Scaleswapped Victorinox Huntsman and the Red Minichamp, this way i can stay under 6 cm Bladelength and should be save everywhere i go ..

Now a few weeks after i bough this Victorinox EvoGrip S17 i got issues back then open the Can Opener, its seems like its works now much better..

Im still not sure which Knive i will carry, i had this Evolution S52 last Monday whit me: its just one layer more than the S17/Huntsman but also contains an Plier..

The issue is that these Wenger Style SAK dont fit whit an Aftermarked Pocketclip, only whit the Deep Carry Clip you attache to the Keyring..

I live in Germany, they are banned here I would suppose ..

But I think about an Neckknive, but did not found a good one under 6 cm on Amazon yet..

You got me gassing for:

I'm wondering if that bread knife is so short it's really only suitable for buns.
And lack of toothpick is very disappointing.

I never understood the toothpick thing... it's always dirty considering that those tools goes from pockets to the floor, on the garden, to the back of the car, etc... also most of the time are in plastic, so you can't even sterilize them with fire before use (like with the rest of the tools).
