I’m currently using just the S557, as it’s even legal if the German Gouverment bans blades over 6 cm
And it’s locking Blade is quite save

my current kitchen-weapon-of-choice is the wüsthof 4522/20. not too big but large enough, and soo sexy!
some call it the pandora of kitchen knifes. xD

Kitchen Knifes also are Useful, but not that interesting as a Pocket Knife
This place should more for Multitools and other “Mobile Knifes”

if you are hungry and in the kitchen and want to make some food, kitchen knifes are verry usefull and interesting. ;)
in the outdoor domain vic rules, they are really awesome.
i also like the simple french opinels, but they are no multitools so not as versatile as the swiss ones we like so much.
i had a vic back in the days but it desintegrated somehow after years of really rough usage.
if i would like to get a knew vic, you can recommend the S557, right?

to derail this once again, i'm using the merkur 15c razor and japanese blades for "tooling" my beard. :D

feather blades

these blades are supersharp beware, but the 15c is a verry safe razor. in combination it's real easy & fun to get quick and bloodfree results.

I'm looking for a pocket knife. Have my eyes set on this atm

I'm also pretty fond of this one

this antonini looks a bit like an opinel with a different lock. verry nice!
make sure to check Messer Rödter's shop https://www.scharferladen.de
they have a large selection of older and rare knifes and are verry friendly and helpfull.

I also have 2 Opinel , a Nr. 6, and the Nr 10 Outdoor whit Flute and Firesteel

@matzesu, i have never seen a knife with a flute before, awesomeness!!
yeah, it's a bit sarcastic that the french citizens are not allowed to wear these nice opinels legally.

But does yours have a hammer? No? Ha, fucking loser.

Also this pocket knife on my key is a life saver.
These are tools, not meant to get collected, i dont need a crappy brand name, i need something that survives getting a few hits with a hammer, or is a hammer.

It’s not a flute, it’s a whistle, I ditnt found the right term when I posted the Pick,
It’s just one note and it’s pretty loud..
also it’s the N12 Explore, the Blade is a bit shorter then the Grip, and it’s main customers are Hunters and Bushcrafters, there is a Blade on the End the Grip that you could use to
Take the Fur of Animals, something I would never do..
but it’s also good for cutting other things..

cool collection! :cool::cool::cool:
whistleblowers are getting more dangerous day by day!

These "Evogrip" Knives look interesting. Is this how modern Swiss Army Knives look nowadays? These other Knives and tools also look great. I also have some old (fake) swiss knives but I actualy don't use these much. I once carried a Butterfly knife regulary until I lost it, sadly. I also have a insane sharp and thin foldable "butcher" knive from my Grandpa. But of course both are completely illegal now to carry in germany.
I have no picture right now but my "Butcher Knife" looks like this. Mine only has redish grips with a nice Nacre effect:
