I was looking to review the 3D engine as it looks like what I am interested in. I was hoping if anyone recognized this and knew if there was any source on it.

Thanks!

Not 100% sure but the files in the archive look to be a Fennix (did I spell that right?!) game and the author is "nazca".
You could try dropping a PM his way. See if that source is available.

If Nazca's not around, you might be able to get in contact with other people who've used the Fenix mode7.

Pulplife Special Edition by Juan Pablo Gil Alonso, dunno his board ID, YouTube is jhonnystorm (sic)

Fenix is gonna be hard to get a lot of info on, it's mostly a Spanish language thing. Here's what you'd be looking for:
http://docs.rens-lee...ewfunc&func=118 ...as you can see it's a little bare :) .

However, these boards are a good place to be if you want to learn Fenix and speak English. A lot of people here are good resources...Quasist, Ruckage...many more I'm sure.

If you are coding with SDL or pygame, it might be worth learning the equations and trying to do your own implementation. It will need to be fixed point to get good speed on the GP2X.
