Little update of my collection…

I now own an old arcade cabinet, it still needs a lot of work to be usable and even more to look good.

But I hope that when I'll get my Neo Geo 4 slots board, in a few weeks, the cabinet will be ready to work.

Thanks.

About the button layout, it's planned, but I have first to test the main power and the monitor that are in the cabinet.

If they are alright, then I'll buy modern arcade sticks and buttons (seimitsu or sanwa, don't know yet) and redo the panel layout from scratch.

The buttons will be, of course, bought in the classical Neo Geo colors ( red, yellow, green, blue).

Astro City cabinets are nice, more comfortable for extended play time, since they're sit down cabinet.

But a bit pricey in Europe, we never really imported them for our arcade centers.

Around here, it's still the old and heavy wooden cabinets

Mine is really old, but well preserved for it's age and I got it dirt cheap! Only 25€

If I had to build the cabinet, the wood alone would have been more expensive than this.
