A port of SDL Sopwith to the GP2x.

Installation:
copy the sopwith_camel folder to the root of your SD Card.

Running:
Choose either sopwith or sopwith-missiles from the sopwith_camel folder.

Controls:
Code:
    Left        Pull Up
    Right       Push Down
    Down        Flip
    R           Speed Up or 'Enter'
    L           Slow Down
    X           Bomb or 'S'
    B           Shoot or 'C'
    A           Missile or 'N'
    Y           Flare or 'E'
    Select      Return Home
    Start       Quit
    Volume +/-  Volume Up/Down
    Click       Sound On/Off
Known Issues:
Sound is wierd, can't figure out why.

Edit: Old Version of binary in the zip, this one should let you play vs. the computer.
 
Hard, hard game. The pink COW and the startup is what I remember most.

I used to play that game to death when I was a kid. Once I even got past the second level. It's amazing how addictive a game can be even with crappy controls and graphics.I don't think you could even exit from the original, you had to reboot the PC.

All I need now is a port of Mad Bomber and I'll be set. Dunno if the GP2X controls will work for it though.

Likewise... or rather, I played it 6 times when I first discovered it (at about 6), couldn't suss it, and abandoned the thing until I was 15. I think *that* time round my top score was about 2000 on the mode without computers :)

I did have friends, however, who comfortably made it to 5000 points (usually against enemy planes too).
