repairing headfone socket???

believe it or not, i never used the headfones on my gp in 2 month of ownership. should hav tested everything when i got it, but no use crying over milk spilt.
anyway, one of the headfones wont work. i tested diffent headfones, all same problem. sometimes the other one cracks into working, but rarely. anyone know hoe to fix this without sending it for repair???

Hell yeah they can fix anything, if they can't fix it they will just rock so hard that you won't care if its broken.
 
Are you sure its the GP32 jack? I've found that headphone plug themselves break rather easily. There doesn't need to be physical damage to the plug that you can see. You can tell if the plug is damaged if it only emits mono, or you have to "wiggle it" into place.

Check your headphones with other devices, like your own computer.
