FireFox 30Iceweasel test test. What version are you running?
Ok, updating my Mint 16 does not work anymore and I had severe problems with Mint 17 (Dual boot didn't work right),Firefox 31 here.
Hey, could you post or send me your etc/apt/sources.list ?I'm using Mint 16 too and i have no problems with updates (just did a quick check using Update Manager, and it could check for updates without problems). What exactly doesn't work?
P.S. Posted with Firefox 30
NoScript seems to be the sticker, and is the main reason I'm still on a Firefox derivative. Chrome seems to have built-in controls over what scripts can run where, but I've not seen evidence of it having the same fine-grained control as noscript, and I don't know whether it has the XSS protection and other features of noscript.Switching to another browser after about 10 years of Firefox wouldn't hurt either.
Any recommendations for a browser that has easy to install plugins like NoScript, Adblockplus, etc..?
Here it is, but it literally contains only this one line:Hey, could you post or send me your etc/apt/sources.list ?I'm using Mint 16 too and i have no problems with updates (just did a quick check using Update Manager, and it could check for updates without problems). What exactly doesn't work?
