Whenever a mod gives a warning it makes a note on the users account and sends the user a message saying why they got the warning. The idea is that there is then a track of whenever the person was warned and a mod could decide if this particular warning was enough to warrant a ban based on past behavior. The old system had a partial auto-ban at 5 points, but we could also remove warning points for good behavior. As I've just found out the autoban no longer applies but at the same time we can't remove warning points. Sorry Quote, you're stuck with my silly point forever. It's listed in the system as me just having a bit of fun since you "bragged" that you didn't have any so it won't actually count against you.
