Hi guys,

Sorry if this is a real newbie question.

Came across open source cross platform infinity engine.

http://www.gemrb.org...ku.php?id=start

Just wondered if it would be possible to run the old Baldirs Gate and other RPG games on my panny when it arrives?

Hundreds of hours of epic games.

Thank you foryour time answering dumb questions.

It's not a newbie question, but this isn't software news, so I'm moving it to General Talk. ;)

The answer is that it's already been ported. ;)

EDIT: And I've been thoroughly ninja'd by DM. :p

speaking about compatibility, is it possible to use the pc save game files of baldurs gate (or the other supported games) with the gemrb version on the pandora ? anyone tried ?

Some googling about this yielded this post. Which indicates that in principle that is possible, but there may be some issues when loading gemrb files in the infinity engine. Bugs aside, it would surprise me if there were major incompatibilities.
